Appraisal
I feel like every post I am reading are about houses coming in at less then the purchase price!! I have having my appraisal on sat and I am so scared now!!!
Anyone appraise for more recently?

our house appraised for 80k more then what we are paying but that i am paying with time and complications. The house is a fixer upper and i have to fix many things before closing so we can close.

I had one done on Wed and my house came in more then what I paid for it back in Oct 07'  .
Honestly, I think it depends on who does the appraisal and the comps they use in your area. I had 2 done in the past 4-months and there was a significant difference between the two.
