Morning sickness with cold sweat?
Yesterday while washing the dishes I suddenly felt very sick - I got a cold sweat, felt like i was shaking, extremely nauseous. I felt so sick and barely had enough time to pour some ginger ale but then couldn't drink it. I went to sit down and after about 15 minutes it subsided. Is this a normal type of morning sickness? I am 7w2d and since Saturday I've been nauseous on and off the entire day to the point where its hard to eat and when i do eat it makes me feel sick.
My friend said she got nauseous with cold sweats when she was pregnant and then found out she had GD, can that just be a coincidence?

Re: Morning sickness with cold sweat?
i wouldnt stress, call your OB if you are overly concerned. M/S just began for me 3-4 days ago and I sometimes get moments of "cold sweats" I think it could also have to do with change in BP and hydration! Make sure you are drinking enough and sit down if you start to not feel well!
Feel better

Re: Morning sickness with cold sweat?
During my first pregnancy, I woke up twice in the middle of the night shaking in a cold sweat - no fever, i wasn't sick - the OB said it was just the hormones. I did not have GD. This pregnancy it happened a few times too but less severe during the first few weeks - also during the night i would wake up in a cold sweat - again, hormones.
Some peoples bodies are just more sensitive to the hormone fluctionations - I also got them BAD after having DS for weeks and when I stopped BF I had it for a few days too - its just my bodies way of adjusting to the hormone change.
HTH!
