Curtains
So, I spent the whole day today schlepping around looking for curtains and came home completely empty handed. I looked online but I really like to buy things in the store where I can really look at them!
I went to:
Home Goods (2) Target Century 21 JC Penny Pottery Barn Lowes
I need 95-96 " curtains for the living room, foyer, dining room, guest room and our bedroom. There were tons of 84" but they're not going to work because of the length. I would also rather not spend a forture - we need so many! Geesh, this is going to get expensive!
Where else can I go before resorting to the online stores??? I am in Nassau Cty.
Thanks!

Re: Curtains
I love love love Country Curtains, I think they have a store in Manhasset. My parents live in Dutchess County Hopewell Jct, so I always go to the one there

Re: Curtains
You can try
Maburn Curtains - they have a few locations on LI http://www.marburn.com/
Or a I am not sure if there are any by you, but some towns have these home store that are a step above dollar stores... they always have sheers, rods and curtains for under $10.
Christmas Tree Shops has curtains also

Re: Curtains
at BBB, even if they don't have the 95" in store, they can order it for you to be shipped to your home. and you can still look at all the product in the store.

Re: Curtains
You can also try buying a couple and seeing them in your own home then return the ones you don't like. It took me a long time before I decided on curtains. Also try doing 1 room at a time so that you are not overwhelmed.
