wallpaper???
I am thinking about doing a nice "grass" wallpaper in my LR.
I am thinking this is a bad idea. Would I have to remove it if we ever decided to sell our house someday? I really HATE removing wallpaper.

Re: wallpaper???
i can only tell you from a buyers point of view. i HATE wallpaper.
Our house has 3 layers of wall paper in the bathroom and it's exceptionally hard to remove...it's totally messing up the walls.
Our bedroom has 2 layers and then paint over it...paint is chipping b/c of the wallpaper.
If you don't plan on selling for a long long time, then go for it, otherwise, just paint.

Re: wallpaper???
We had grasspaper years ago. Although pretty, it is a PITA to remove. While removing it it took parts of the wall off with it so we had to resheetrock the entire walls.

ita. you as the seller wouldnt' have to remove it but it could be seen as a real downside to a buying looking at your house when you sell.
