TV stand Oak stlyle finish. The picture does not show it but there is a full glass shelf tat goes across the middle as well as a full glass top. I had a 42 in Plasma which is heavier than a LCD and had no issues. The glass top is well supported. Paid $175 when Levitz went under will basically give it away for $25
