I am having huge issues trying to get a C of O with the Town of Oyster Bay and was wondering if anyone can recommend an attorney that handles issues like this? I am not even sure what type of Attorney I would need. TIA!!!

Re: Attorney Recommendation
I don't know of any attys, sorry.
BUT, I don't think you need an actual attorney. Try looking for an expeditor. They are someone who is familiar with the town codes and usual know ppl in the town offices and get your paperwork pushed through quickly.
HTH!

Thanks, we were thinking of that, but it is actually a deep rooted problem... basically we applied for the CO July 16th and our building permit expires Sept 8th they are purposely not putting it through so we have to renew the permit at a cost of $6500. Lots more crazy details I could never believe that the town would be so corrupt it is actually scary.
