Dominic Barbara is so annoying - I think Larry King usually asks softball questions, but I think he is actually pretty good tonight. I think the question as to why they need to have all these press conferences is a good question. they just announced that they are exhuming the body - this is never going to end.

I was wondering this too. I feel like it's not fair for the poor child to have to relive that all, but may answer lots of questions, and im sure he will relive this for many years, and it will eventually help explain it to him when he gets older (does that make sense ? ) 
yes, this lawyer is annoying as heck ! I cant stand to listen to him !

the vodka was for pinya coladas at camp ? 2 drinks a year ?

As much as this lawyer makes me sick to my stomach. I can see why the husband is doing this. If it was my husband and all the reports seemed SO out of character for him, I would probably want more answers also.
I don't know if I would be on TV reporting every step of it. But for "my own" closure I would do everything I could to make sense of this and try to clear his name. JMHO

Danny lost his wife, his daughter, and his 3 nieces. His son is in a rehab center recovering from his injuries. He is trying to cope with a tragedy that he just can't understand. EVERYONE who knew Diane has said this is just not something she would do. Something HAD to happen. I don't blame Danny one bit for trying to clear his wife's name...for her sake, his sake, and his son's sake. I would do the same thing. There's NO WAY I'd be sitting back just letting the country tear my husband's name to shreds.
Just because you see him on tv for 10 minutes doesn't mean that's indicative of how he is at home. No one knows how remorseful or emotional he is when he's alone. When my grandmother died, I didn't cry once at the wake. But at home, I cried so hysterically for hours on end that I couldn't breath and my husband wanted to take me to the hospital.
Yeah, his lawyer is an idiot. But when you're that desparate for help, for answers...you'll do anything. I'm sure DB offered his services free of charge once he realized how big this case was going to be. I don't believe for one second he cares about the Schuler or Hance family. I think he's only out for his own "fame".
I wish people wouldn't judge him for something his wife did. He can't wrap his head around this, and there's nothing wrong with that. I pray he gets some answers, but I highly doubt it will happen. Unfortunately, I think this is going to be an unsolved mystery.

I don't know the family at all but I totally agree. It is unfair that he is being villified for what happened. I can't say I agree with the way he is going about handling it, but I am not in his shoes so how can I judge. Regardless of who is at fault it is a truly tragic situation on all accounts.

alcohol in her system, drugs in her system, a bottle of vodka, several people called 911 bc of how she was driving, there are wayyy too many "clues" in this "mystery"...
and I do see the point of how everyone reacts to tragedy in different ways. At my grandmother's funeral (same thing for me as you mentioned) I didnt cry one single tear. But I bawled my eyes out before and after she passed, and it effected me more than anything my whole life.
BUT
this man is showing NO emotion whatsoever. this is MUCH more than the passing of a loved one. this is mind boggling. there are SO many aspects to this story! those precious children, his wife, the innocent people killed. and WHY did he take his truck there when he couldnt drive anyone home.
wait, also, did she leave the kids in the car alone when she went to get tylenol (I know, that's the least of the issues here). and WHY would he let her take 5 kids home on her own ?
He never saw her drunk ?
and just listening to DB makes me ill ! he's full of crap, makes NO sense, and kept kissing Larry Kings rear "Yes, LK, I apologize Larry, thank you Larry" he's disgusting. wont look directly at the camera, he's just got the word creepy written all over him.

Totally agree. I don't think it's implausible that he didn't know that she had a drinking problem- he worked nights and she worked days so they may not have seen as much of each other. Though the ME also found no signs of long-term alcohol abuse. Regardless, the finger will always be pointed at him. I do believe the ME and that she was drunk- but I also think there are lots of elements that will never be uncovered. He's not coping in the best way, IMO, but I'm not in his shoes and I don't think he's responsible for her actions.

I don't think people are saying it's HIS fault. Whether he knew or did not know did not even come up on this thread.
I think people think his attempts to grasp for ANYTHING is a huge sense of denial that is a bit pathetic at this point.
Nobody is questioning his mourning. The loss of his wife, child, nieces.
There are many things I think I know about my DH.
DH NEVER did drug. If I was told he did, I would be in shock. Complete shock! At first I would deny, but evidence is evidence. How much in denial can you be? Really!

He is making a mockery of the ME's office, the police investigation, science.

Playing devils advocate here only because I know how a stroke can confuse someone. So flame away here but this is WHAT POSSIBLE could have happened
IF and I say IFFFFFF she was having a TIA(mini stroke) with that bottle of liquor in the car COULD HAVE been mistaken for a water bottle.
I say this why because when Keith had his TIA he had been acting fine BUT when i was telling him to do something he was messing up his left from his right. I thought he was just playing with me. he was laughing. this is common in a stroke victim a sign i wish i would have known that then.
SO if she was, she could have easily mistaken the bottle of vodka for a water bottle. drank it as if it was a water bottle. think about it when you are drinking a water bottle you drink a lot more at one time then you would a bottle of soda , alcove drinks. ect.
again , just a possibility and MAYBE what happened

Well Actually YES I have. Thank you. Im saying freaking medical tests have been done. The SCIENCE does not lie. the chick was drunk and HIGH with her kids in the car. she was iresponsible and now after the fact they are REACHING for anything to make her NOT look like the POS she is.

that i am not sure, maybe she smoked ciggs? that i can not explain unless she was a smoker and thought it was a ciggie. the husband did say they did socially smoke pot. she could have had a roach of it in the ash tray.and picked it up thinking it was a cigg. this i am reaching on. because from what i did here they never said if she smoked cigarettes
