Clothes....sorry, I had toChat Icon

I would say a bathing suit for James so that he can go in and get wet with Jack and bring a t shirt and shorts for later, for you I'd just wear something COOL!

Re: What do we wear to Sesame Place?

We all wore bathing suits. DH wore his suit with a t-shirt and I wore a cover-up type thing over my suit.
We did all the "dry" rides first so I put a regular diaper on DS under his bathing suit. Then we saw the Elmo Live show and I changed him into a swim diaper after that.

I packed a bag with clothes to change into before we left and towels. My DH went with DS most of the time, but I would walk into the water just to cool off! We went last week and it was overcast and 80 and I was still sooooo hot!

us too....I actually had planned on wearing suits one day and clothes the next to do the "dry rides" but when we got there I realized that it's mostly all water rides, and you can do the dry rides in your bathing suit. I just brought dry clothes for DS for the end of the day, when we were just walking around and winding down

This sounds like a plan. Hit up the dry rides first then move to the wet ones.

Thanks!

Exactly what we did...dry rides first, then change into a bathing suit. Although it was more of a hassle with a little girl, since the bathing suits are harder to pull on/off than little boys swim trunks. So C stayed in her regular clothes & diaper for dry rides, then I changed her into the swim diaper & bathing suit for the wet ones.

Have fun! When are you guys going?

Basically, we go tomorrow or not at all. James ended up working three days a week for the last month or so, and now the summer is practically over. Tomorrow is our last free day! Chat Icon

DH, DD and I all wore our bathing suits (with proper cover up as necessary Chat Icon).

FYI, If you plan to do the dry rides first, go STRAIGHT when you enter the park. We went left first and landed right in the middle of the water rides (which was fine for us, since we didn't care which we did first, but could be a problem otherwise!). Have fun!! Chat Icon

Yes!! We go right to the dry rides.....start at the carousel and work our way back in that corner. Then we can change. There are not a ton of dry rides, and I think early in the day they are less crowded.
