Why can't I sleep past 4am??
Yael is sleeping soundly from about 9pm to 5/6am these days. But for some reason I wake up at 4am every night, all sweaty. I almost feel like it's an adrenaline rush, and I can't, for the life of me, go back to sleep. It's not engorgement, because at this point my boobs have adapted and are fine while she sleeps through the night.
So, what's the deal???

Hormonal changes? Anxiety? Both of these can cause early morning wake ups and night sweats.
