We are closing in exactly 2 hours!
We are so excited. It still hasn't hit us and probably won't until after we've moved in at the end of September (seller is renting back for a little bit), but we're going to be homeowners today!
I think I'm prepared-- have my checkbook, my thick file of all house-related papers, and a couple of pens.
here's hoping there are no surprises. I think I saw about 7 different versions of our HUD 1 yesterday.

Good luck! We just closed wednesday, we also aren't moving into until mid to end september. Everything at the closing went well, except for the misfits that were the lawyers, lol, took about an hour or a little over.
Congratulations!!!
