Locust Valley district
can someone tell me about this area? the school district? the good/the bad areas? anything would be great! TIA

I grew up in this district. Schools there are amazing! My graduating class was 150 students. The middle school and highschool combines 2 districts, Bayville and Locust Valley. Locust Valley is made up of children from Brookville and Locust Valley. If I could afford the area I'd love to put my children through those schools. When I graduated ppl in my class went to top colleges, UPenn, Princeton etc.
As far as the area there are no bad areas in this district! Beautiful area.

I grew up there too and would totally move back if we could afford it!
There really aren’t any “bad” areas, but there is one small part of Locust Valley that borders on Glen Cove, (on/near Glen Cove Road, the streets are numbered)… those are the only streets I would stay away from.
