Help! She's stuck on her tummy and wakes up crying..what to do?
G is now almost 7 months and has mastered the skill of rolling onto her tummy, but has only rolled back to her back a few times...problem is the middle of the night...she now rolls onto her tummy...will sleep for a little while, but then gets uncomfortable and then wakes up crying...then I have to put her to bed all over again...What do we do? When will she start flipping back? Should we leave her...Am I hurting sleep training by nursing her back to sleep..don't know what to do, but was up 4 times!! lastnight putting her back to bed...Thanks for your help!

DD does this also. Thank god it's not every night, but what I do is let her tire herself out by trying to keep her head up and trying to roll back for alittle while, then I go in and roll her back onto her back. She usually gives me a big smile thinking I'm going to pick her up, but then she falls back to sleep.

Thanks Bali, I'll try that tonight..I think it has to do with the fact that our little pumpkin is a BIG pumpkin(90th percentile ) and she hasn't built up the strength to get those delicious thighs back over so quickly ...I hope she learns soon tho!! Mommy's tired!
