Shells Only

Has anyone used or had any experience with them? If so, did you sub out any work or let them handle everything?

TIA

Re: Shells Only

My parents just finished a 100K renovation and were pleased with their work. They used them solely (no sub-contractors) and it is more expensive to do that. So if you want to save money then I would say shop around for different people but if you want one stop shopping they are very good.

I honestly loved their concrete crew, so kind to us and lovely to deal with. Just the only thing is once they find issues you are charged for every little thing. My parents had the entire kitchen gutted and extension put on and they would charge for the most insane little nothing thing but I guess most companies that are large do that.

Re: Shells Only

thanks for responding. Did they just redo the kitchen and add an extension? This is a huge job, and 100K is probably our ceiling. Chat Icon

Re: Shells Only

We are about to have a Full dormer put on our house and we are using RMC Construction. They were recommended by someone on LIF.

For what we are doing they gave us a great price. The price was lower than any of the other estimates that we have gotten in the past.
