Restless legs are killing me
I am still awake at 545am with the worst case of restless legs. I was in tears an hour ago because I am so tired and the creepy crawly feeling in my legs are killing me. The constant need to move them is just as annoying. It has gotten worse over the past few days. I have enough trouble sleeping, I don't need this on top of it. Is there anything I can take or do? I have tried warm baths at night. I was putting Johnson's night time lotion on for a while and it was working great. Not anymore. It constantly feels like things are crawling on my legs. It is bed near my thighs. I scratch all nite long. And it doesn't bother me at all during the day. Unless I take a nap. I have 9 more weeks and I don't know how I am going to cope with it....

Re: Restless legs are killing me
I don't know if this can help, but it sounds like you will try anything at this point.... I was getting HORRIBLE leg cramps every night! I started drinking third Trimester Tea and in about 2 nights I stopped getting them. Course I didnt knwo what stopped them till I forgot to drink the Tea and they came back It's not that expensive(6$) and tastes good! I got mine at BRU.third trimester tea

Re: Restless legs are killing me
I haven't had them much while pregnant but I have had them in the past. I've found that making sure I am hydrated and limiting my salt intake helps a lot.

Re: Restless legs are killing me
I had that in my 2nd - 3rd trimester. It's so miserable. The only thing that would help would be to get up and walk a bit. I also would have my DH massage my legs so I could fall asleep a bit.
Do you take an iron supplement?
