Oven help

I need help my oven is not working, the stovetop is fine but when i put the oven on it doesn't get hot, im pretty sure there is usually a flame on the bottom where the broiler part is, now there is no flame just a light,
what do i do??
i feel so stupid that i don't know what it usually does, but i guess its something you just don't pay attention to
other than sears who could i call to look at it

Hi!! I just had someone yesterday. come to fix my oven .same exact problem as you...the ignitor was not working and it wasnt heating up properly.

I called Sears ..they said to come and look it would cost 129 plus additional costs of any parts.

I then called a guy from queens who i found on the internet (licensed and insured) .. 49 to come in the door..he fixed my problem (needed a new part)..cost me $220..it was cheaper than buying a new stove. He was a nice guy...any questions or if u want the phone number..fm me :)
