Need suggestion for a GOOD hotel near Hicksville
Apparently the Econo Lodge is not that great. It did have great reviews online.
I need a GOOD hotel in the Hicksville vinicity.

I would think the only really "good" hotel you'll find near Hicksville is The Garden City hotel or something. How far are you willing to travel?

The Hampton Inn in East Garden City is nice. We styed there during our home renovation 
There are some hotes on 110 that are probably fine.

Check out the Plainview Holiday Inn, Four Points by Sheraton in Plainview, Residence Inn and Red Roof. They are all in or near Plainview and are decent hotels.
They're not fancy but have been consistent and have good reviews.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Westbury is pretty nice. We had a friend staying there who is pretty picky and she was happy with it.

I 2nd 4points sheraton in Plainview. Hicksville is right down Old Country rd and although it's not super fancy, its very modern and the rooms are really nice.

I think there's a La Quinta in Garden City that is nice. Also the 4Points Sheridan in Plainview.

They just opened a brand new hotel on Jericho Tpke at the intersection of Brush Hollow Rd., right off the LIE... For the life of me, I can't remember the name (maybe Hampton Inn), but it's now open and replaced the old Howard Johnson's that was there. It's right next to the new Jeep dealership that took over where IHOP used to be.

Theres a Day Inn on South Oyster Bay Rd right by Grumman. That is in Hicksville.
Day inn Hicksville
There is also a Holiday Inn right across from the source mall next to Chateau Briand. Hicksville is only a 5 minute drive up Old Country Rd.

the Four Points on the LIE in Plainview is really nice - I used to work for the company that owns them and I have been there many times. There is also a Marriott Residence in off of Old Country Road in Plainview near the fire house. On the lower end, there is an Extended Stay America near the old Grumman facility.

There is a bran new Hampton Inn on Jericho Turnpike right off of Cantiague Rock Road over where the old I HOP use to be. I think it is considered Jericho

extend a stay on south oyster bay road is the closest to you .... & you can stay over night or a few days ..HTH
