Who wants to help me find a watch for DH?
Our 5 year anniversary is coming up so I want to get him a new watch. He wants a dressy one that is also has a sporty look, with a silver toned band and face. Right now I am looking at all prices and brands. I want to get one that other men would envy when he wears it. HELP!

If you're ok with pre-owned, check out Portero.com
I know a lot of people get funny about buying a pre-owned watch (or anything for that matter), but it's not uncommon for watch collectors to buy pre-owned.

Both Ruelala and Hautelook have watches coming up this week.
Hautelook has Tag Heuer.. some of those are REALLY nice.

I was going to say a Breitling.
FH has had one for years along with many other fancy expensive watches but this is a everyday watch that after all these years just loves. He can wear the watch with a more dressy attire too. It's a really sturdy, well made watch that will last forever and looks great.

DH has 2 Breitling's and loves them but it's hard to find a breitling for 2K. i think the cheapest is 3K.

I love Raymond Weil; you can find good deals on Ebay for new watches, but even out in town there are styles under 2K (some of the titanium, diving style ones are more.)

i got my DH a nice mont blanc watch for his 25th bday....i think it was around $1,500 - i remember seeing some nice watches......i also got him a breitling for the wedding but like someone else posted, i'm not sure how easy it would be to find one under 2k, i'm not really sure?.....i also got him an armani watch for christmas - but a very sporty one and that was only a few hundred....
my DH loooooves watches   he is a watch wh0re hahahaha
ummm you can browse at that store torneau - they sell all different kinds of watches....

My DH is a watch freak - he loveeeeeees them (yet never wears em - go figure  )
I bought him a Hamilton - he gets a ton of compliments on it. You should FM Lisa - lmb03 - her hubby loves watches too and he was a huge help when I was looking.

We're big ESQ fans here. I got one for DH a few years ago that he loves and wears everyday. It's the less expensive line made by Movado. They're more along the line of $300

I was going to suggest Breitling. My hubby has one and all guys envy that thing!
DEF go to BJ's and check out the watches. Concordes are there as well as Movados and other top notch brands. You will get the best price possible. Stay away from Tourneu as they are known to inflate prices of watches. Good luck!

I love the Raymond Weil RW sport but didn't see a light face.
