guest brdm art suggestions needed
looking for one big piece of art (preferably canvas) for above the bed. want landscape orientation as opposed to portrait orientation. color palette is ivory, tan, light green and pale blue.
any ideas?
the room is still a WIP so ignore the non-accessorized night stands and the plastic on the lampshades. also have to spray paint the chandelier a matte silver, add lampshades, buy woven blinds and ivory window panels.

i love love love the furniture, it looks like such quality heavy wood!!
i got a beautiful piece of art at one of those art expos that they have at the hotels.
keep an eye out for those, you can mix and match the pics and the frames, so much fun, actually!

LOVE HG. the store is my my best friend and i have been to them all. most all of the accessories and art in my house were purchased from there. however, i can't seem to find an art piece that is a great match for the room.
furniture is like 7 yrs old. bought at pier 1 for a GREAT price. would prefer new furniture but trying to work with what i have and adhere to a strict low-cost budget (lamps and shades were less than $50 at walmart).

Love the room first off. It is very similar to my guest room color scheme. I was attempting a light beach theme (but no crazy) in my guest room so I have a watercolor print of hydrangeas above the bed from a local Nantucket artist. Art.com has been having some great sales lately, you may want to check them out.
