We told....
our landlord that we are moving out and I started to cry. I felt so bad. She was shocked by very understanding. So sad! I felt so bad that I told her, "I will try to fin you a nice young couple." I feel so bad but I know the house will be worth it.

i remember when we left our old apartment.....we were great tenants - we kept the place immaculate, we actually fixed things up ourselves to make it nicer, we always paid on time - we felt so bad when we left too...
i am going to feel even worse when we leave our current apartment - we rent from our in-laws - they still charge us rent b/c they need the income but we still get some perks (like laundry upstairs and MIL's sunday cooking  )....they are worried about what they are going to do when we leave....my SIL used to rent the apartment before she got her house and then we moved in a few months after her....when we go there is no family to take it  and there are HORRIBLE tenants out there!!!

OMG! That is a tough situation. I can understand how you must feel, that is going to be terrible. I feel for you hun!

Hi Ladies ...
my friends are getting married inFebruary and are looking for a nice apartment. They are hardworking and responsible. They have been looking for a while but want to stay at around 1100 and cannot really find anything. She is a professional baker and looking for a decent kitchen and he sells insurance. They are great. Anyway, I was wondering where these apts are located?
