The other post about working out made me think that I should share this....if anyone is interested, the first class is always a free trial (so what do you have to lose?). The group at Cedar Creek Park seriously rocks! It's a great group of women (and I've made some fabulous mommy friends who I know I'll be with for a long, long time) and a really good workout too. This playgroup after class is TOO GOOD TO MISS!
