Do they give you a decent price for the stuff that you sell?

I have a ton of clothes but was not sure if I should bring them or give them away. How much do you get per piece would you say?

Also a double stroller? Would I be better on Craigslist selling it.

A friend of mine brought a bag of clothes and got about $40. I think you they will only buy stuff 12 mo. and under without tags and anything over 12 mo. has to be with tags. I would call to check what their policy is.

I sold a double snap n go and a bumbo(brand new without box) and a bunch of clothes and got $70. I probably could have made more on CL but the easiness factor was definitely better with OUAC

I was appalled at the prices I was quoted to sell BRAND NEW clothes to them with the tags still on . After browsing through the store and seeing how much the UPCHARE on clothes for the pennies they buy things for I decided to bring everything to a local thrift store that caters to abused and battered women and their children. Here the women can but the clothes very inexpensive and I felt better about it.

I thought once upon a child was suppose to be more of a thrift store and I was stunned at the prices. At least I feel like I'm helping someone out.

Might make more sense since you can use it as a chaitable deduction then too.

I would also hate to wash and sort the stuff and bring it there for barely anything.

Thanks!

Anyone know what they buy double tandem strollers for?

I think it depends. I had a bunch of Ralph Lauren stuff all with the tags and I got about 46.00. I would call about large things like strollers.

We were quite pleased with the price they gave us for clothing! Everything was in excellent shape that DC will no longer use... Was just taking up space here in bins.
