I now have 3 months to plan a Christening!
I just booked the date at the church and now I have 3 months to plan a mini wedding!
i need to find a hall, dj, photo, video, centerpieces, favors, invites!
DH's family does big over the top Christenings!
I feel like I am planning a wedding!
Any suggestions?
Previous family parties have been at Leonard's, Chateu Briand, jericho terrace, the Metropolitan...

How about the Inn at New Hyde park. I went to a wedding there recently and it was very nice and the food was good too. My DH happen to run into a co-worker that same day who was having a Christening there. It seemed like a very nice party. HTH.

If the church is in Glen Cove how about the Glen Cove Mansion, Carltun on the Park or the George Washington Manor, or the Sans Souci?
