Seeing a house with realtor
If we saw a house a few months ago with a realtor we no longer would like to work with can we see the house again with the listing agent only or another agent altogether?? We didn't sign anything.
Thanks!

Re: Seeing a house with realtor
As long as you are not under a contract with anyone, you are a free agent. You can do as you please.

Re: Seeing a house with realtor
This is JMO: But Hmmm...although you didn't sign a contract with that REA, in all fairness I don't think it is the "right" thing to do...
Again this is JMO....
I would probably call the REA and ask to see the house again, if you are not in contract with another REA....If you are incontract with a new REA mention it to the REA that you are currently working with...She/he may tell you what to do...

Re: Seeing a house with realtor
DON'T SIGN ANYTHING! as long as you don't or didn't, you can do what you want.
Just because this person showed you a house, doesn't mean that you started a business relationship. if this person showed you ten houses, then the relationship would be assumed? you know what i mean?
You cannot choose your co-workers at your regular job, you CAN do that before signing with someone in real estate. if you didn't like this person, discontinue the ties.
