If your child had coxsackie- please help

Did they have problems breathing? One of his first symptoms was wheezing and his lungs are getting worse. Could he have caught something else or is this normal?

Even his nose is running really bad today. I know his two year molars are coming in, but this is much worse than his normal teething. TIA!

no wheezing or trouble breathing. Just a fever for a few days and then the sores.
