Is there a way to make a Picture more crisp and clear?
i have a picture that is borderline blurry, is there a way to fix that?

All depends on the image. you can 'sharpen' the image very slightly overall to make it look a little better but you cannot take a fuzzy edge and make it clean, crisp and sharp
do you have photoshop?

its free, you can sharpen, and there are tons of other effects.
