Cathedral ceilings and paint color
If you have cathedral ceilings in your house.....what color is the ceiling? We went up on all of the ceilings on the second floor and am wondering what to do about the ceilings.....We have a hip roof so my ceilings go up in all different angles and I feel like white might be too drastic.

we did white - the painters recommended it - he said it would really show off the angles.
Originally I was going to go about three shades lighter than the paint color - but I'm glad he talked us into white... it's a striking but pretty contrast. Our BR color is a slate blue, our bath is a green - so the contrast is definitely there.

I don't have any pictures... 
I suck. We JUST got a computer last week - I need to take some pics and upload them...
I'm tired of not having any - I need help!!! 
If you're not making the decision right away - I will probably be able to take pics and upload by Sunday...

i will have the same dilemma next week when we close on our house.....
i want to paint everything and i am at a totally loss for the great room and high/angled ceiling........

this is the only pic I can find from our old townhouse. we painted the ceilings 2 shades lighter than the wall - which I'm pretty sure was the the lightest color Mocha Cream - the walls were Baja Dunes (BM)
