well i made the mistake of going without dh, I loved a house thought he would until he saw it, I was so angry, our taste are a bit different. so we decided to only look at homes together for now on.

We went together for all but the very first one - it was a short sale and they were ready to submit offers to the bank so I had to check it out right away to see if we wanted to make an offer.
I took my mom and decided it wasn't the right house for us anyway, and we were not at all ready to jump in on a short sale.

Initially we went to see every house together, but once in awhile he was working when we could get an appointment. I saw a few places alone, and if I liked it, I'd bring DH.

We went together to look at them...DH says he has a better vision for what it could be so he didn't let me go alone

We went together but my husband was in Florida for 5 weeks for military training so I went to a few while he was gone and found the 1 for us! I sent him pictures and he said if I liked it then put an offer in so I did and now we are in contract!!! Just waiting right now!!!!

Well I did go house hunting w/o DH this weekend..I ended up seeing 5 houses all of which I didn't like! I'm actually glad I didn't make him waste his time looking at things I didn't like anyway.
