so
i found THE bathing suit 
i can't find the exact pic  but it's this suit, the main color is aqua with black trim and the ruffles are white.

i have this one!!! but its black and brown!! mine is the tube top one with the detachable straps! i totally forgot about it!!! good choice!!! glad you found one without spending a fortune!!
