Can you recommend your LO from Bethpage FCU?
I want to call them about re-financing. Everytime I call I get someone at the 800# who has no clue what they are talking about. Did you work with someone in a branch on LI?

I am having the same problem. I am currently in processing for a first mortgage and I still call the 800 number. I do have a LO but her voice mail states that due to high call volume, you have to leave a message and she will get back to you within 72 hours! I think they're pretty busy!

We used Dawn Leonbruno and she was very nice. Got back to us right away with anwers to any questions we had.
