HELP making offer on foreclosure
do you make an offer and only put money down after they accept your offer?
does it take as long as a short sale?

Is this a foreclosure...or bank owned. Not sure if there is a difference, but I believe with a bank owned, you only put your money down once they accept your offer.

hmmm. i don't know the difference. if there is one. all i know is that we looked at a foreclosure that needs work, but the bones are good.
