How are all the Sellers doing???
Just wondering how you all are doing with your house? Get any offers, in contract, took it off the market????

we are still hanging in.
no offers, but we get decent traffic. 3 scheduled for this weekend and our REA mentioned more -- better than my coworker who had an open house and no one came! ouch!
we have 2 more months with our contract and I'm unsure of what to do if we don't sell by then

We closed on our home we sold on Thurs.
Kind of bittersweet, but we had closed on our new home 1.5 mos. ago, so it was good timing.

we were having open houses every sunday for awhile but a lot of events came up last month. i believe we're having one tomorrow but it depends on if we get the new washer machine delivered in time (other one broke so i guess that's a bonus to add when trying to sell) we had a couple look today that seemed to love it, we had a few other people love it but they're all looking for basements but in this neighborhood i think maybe 2 people have basements :-/ i'm getting frustrated cause i really wanted to be out before the baby is born and it looks like we won't even sell before he's born :( not fun living with your in laws experiencing your 1st baby for the first time and having them breathing down your necks :( i'm hoping and praying that we get some offers soon. it really is a lovely house and we'd stay here if we weren't looking for a hi ranch

we were in between houses when our first son was born and at my parents - it wasn't any better! I know what you mean - you want to bring him home to HIS house. My mom didn't understand the whole BFing thing and wanted the baby to sleep with her.

We are in full contract as of last thursday. expected to close around july 10 the latest.
the buyer came to my garage sale, yesterday and purchased my china cabinet. It was kind of weird. They have a very slimy REA so I'm bitter towards them, when i really shouldn't be.
She asked to purchase the china cabinet, she gave me the money than I asked when she would be taking the piece, she asked if I could put it back in the house because she was the buyer.
