With flip flops...
It's better to have them a bit long in the back than to have toe overhang in the front, right? I just bought a pair of jcrew capri sandals and got a size 8 because the 7 had my toes overhanging. But the 8 has a bunch of space in the back.

That was exactly my thought. I just worry that it may look funny to have like an inch of space behind my heels.
