bellmore ladies...
we are closing on our new home in south bellmore next fri, i need some recommendations on pizza places, nail place, bagels, dry cleaners... Thanks!!!

We just moved to Bellmore at the beginning of this month ... and could use suggestions too!!!!!!
So far we found Piccolo (on Sunrise Hwy in the King Kullen shopping center) has really good italian food.
And Bagelman in Merrick (on Merrick Ave) has good bagels ... and Belly Lox, which is pretty hard to find!

Town Bagel on Merrick Rd is very good. They should have belly lox! How funny! I love that too.
Piccolo is very good and very busy.
I grew up in Bellmore and get down there often.

My sister in law lives in South Bellmore....Where abouts did you buy? She loves it there. She has lived there for almost 10 years.
The Schools are excellent and there are lots of places to eat and shop in the area.
I think for Pizza she loves Stellas
She has a Dunkin Donuts right up the block from her on Merrick road.....
Town Bagel on Merrick road in Bellmore is also really good. They have excellent Chopped Salads.
Anttoinettes on Merrick road in Merrick is excellent
Grill Fire on Sunrise Hwy in Merrick is an excellent restaurant

We live close to Town Bagel, but we haven't gotten bagels from them yet. We went on Mother's Day morning and the line was INSANE so we left, and ended up at Bagelman. The line at Bagelman was really long too that morning, but it was moving a lot faster! 
We'll give them a shot next time!
