did the company you used give you a discount?

no, we had two inspections done with same guy and no discount. Unfortunately I don't think you'll find many companies that would give a discount.

First house( a few years back) - the guy did not charge us for the whole thing bc the inspection was going bad and we werent going to buy it, but he continued a little bit just for "show" to the homeowner
The 2nd and 3rd house we used a friend of dh's and both times he didnt charge us..we lucked out there since we were planning on paying him but he wouldnt take anything
