if you add water to the formula to help the baby poop, how much and how often? my ped said i can add water, i believe he said 1/2

When DD was constipated I would give her water seperately in a bottle. Usually 1oz.

You shouldn't dilute the formula, you give an oz separately in another bottle

this is what we always did too. the ped never said to add it to the formula.

i also gave an ounce of prune juice- that definitely helps!
