FINALLY!!! We think she may have possibly, sorta.. kinda.. maybe rolled over
LOL
Jim says he saw her flip over and get her hands out from under her and push herself up!
She's 8 and a half months old!
I think she's already starting to try to crawl because she pushes herself backwards every now and then.
My kid is Sloooooooooooooooooow on this stuff. So far I'm still not worried tho. should I be?
She has no teeth and doesnt crawl or roll over front to back yet.
Honestly I'm just glad I get to baby her longer Part of me never wants her to grow up I want her to be my baby forever !
On a side note: all of her test results came back perfect. She's fine.
Daycare had a case of pink eye in the nursery and now AJ's eyes are all gunky but she doesnt seem to have much else wrong with her.

Veronica thats great news!
- i was also reading babies born early - we need to subtract the number of weeks they came early on the development scale.

LOVE your avatar!!!
well i only need to subtract 3!
I am serious when i say the longer she takes the longer i get to keep my lil baby. She's socially advanced and motor skills are on target and slightly advanced according to the doc.. so this other stuff.. I really wont worry about until she's about a year old.
its just feels strange to say she finally rolled over when most of the ladies here have their little ones roll over so much earlier.
No matter HOW long it takes (or if they dont at all) i think its still a note worthy event

yay! Eryk still hasn't done that... he's 7 months. we spoke to the ped about it, and he said a lot of kids are late with that 'milestone'... especially tall kids for some reason. He said DS seems strong, can sit reasonably well, and can stand if we steady him so he's not worried.

DS just rolled over for the first time last week and he is a little over 7 months. Now he does it all the time. But he is a big boy so it takes a lot of effort to do it!! Don't worry, she will get there soon enough!
