East Meadow Playgrounds
Where are they located?
Swingsets, Slides, Jungle Gyms, etc ...
I tried google mapping it, but I cannot find any.

Speno is great but you can always go to Eisenhower Park as well.
My sister sometimes takes her day care kids to Prospect Park where the pool is because its closer and they have a very small playground.
Where in EM are you?

There is a playground in Meadowbrook school. It is around the corner from Walmart.
I live in the Clearmeadow section so I walk to the playground.

Parkway Elementary has a cute playground area. It's on Bellmore Road.

Vet's Park on East Meadow Ave also has a small playground for little kids. It's on the opposite side of the parking lot from the pool.

Yea that park is not the best anymore, its been changing.

Speno Park on East Meadow Avenue.
There is a small park in the East Meadow Parking Lot that I like also.
In the Summer, I bing the kids to the elementary school playground.

DS and I checked out Speno tonight. It's really cute! He loved the 2-5 play area. We only stayed for about 15 minutes because it was already late. We also took in a slice at Pie-Sano's. It's nice getting a feel for the neighborhood. I cannot wait to move in full-time!
