how much did you pay for your LR set?
seating and tables...
I'd like to set a budget for us but have NO idea what's average.
We're the type of people that will have our furniture for 10 or more years so quality is key.
I was thinking $2K for a good sofa, $1K for chairs (2), and $1500 for tables.
So our LR would be around $4500 - does this sound high, low, perfect?

I paid about $3200 total for my sofa and loveseat.
My tables are cheap though. I plan on getting new ones soon and paying about $900 total for a coffee table and two end tables.
My TV Stand was $599.
So total - $4700.00

We just bought a 2-piece sectional, chair and ottoman for $2400 inc. tax & shipping from Macy’s during their 10% off sale. We haven’t bought any new tables yet…

We bought 2 sofa's and a chair & ottoman for 4K. The tables are cheap ones to hold until I can find what I really want.

Everything total was around 3K. The tables were pretty cheap! we paid around 300 for them!!!

For our den we paid $2k for a sofa, chair and ottoman and about $500 or so for the coffee and end tables.
For the formal living room, the 2 end tables were $1k and the sofa and chair was about $3k, ottoman was around $800 or so.

I'm pretty sure that we paid around $3000 to $3500. You have a good budget because you will probably pay lower then you expect which is always nice

We recently bought a set including a couch, love seat, coffee table and two end table for $1600.
It was on sale at JC Penney and the quality is great! The tables are really heavy.
