ok so sudafed is completely safe right?
just regular sudafed no initials after. i took the recomended dosage. but my heart feels a little racy but i can actually breathe.i was up all night

it has that affect. do NOT take it anymore. Yes - it's safe - but for some - your heart rate increases, therefore so does baby's.
call your doc and ask what else you can take.
eta: I took it once and had the same reaction - this was more than 2 months ago and i and Emma are FINE - so don't panic!!!!!! Just don't take it again!

Yes. and the dr. did tell me it may cause heart palpatations and insomnia..
i havent taken it yet while pregnant. I remember trying it years ago but didnt have any side effects from it.

I had the same effect, so my dr. recommended the Netti Pot and/or saline nose spray and that actually worked better.

i had the same reaction - i'm not comfortable taking it anymore.
I use 1/2 a benadryl instead.
