Is it OK to still wear...
black leather knee boots in May?
I have a christening party this Saturday and it's only supposed to be like 65 degrees. I was hoping to wear the boots with tights--in fact, my profile picture shows me at Easter and that's the exact thing I want to wear. The dress is has three-quarter sleeves.

I've been debating this too.
I posed this question last month and most everyone agreed that it was fine until late April-early May- or until it was in the high 60's- 70's temp wise.
I think early May MIGHT be pushing it for boots and tights... but then again 65 isn't all that warm.
I'm curious to see what others think- since I'm obviously no help!

Considering I saw a woman in Target on Tuesday when it was 90 degrees wear knee high boots with a tank style dress I am going to say yes that it is ok to wear.

I think it's too late, especially for tights AND boots -- but if it's an outfit you really love, you gotta go for it.

i think i'd lose the tights, but otherwise, you're prob fine.
I won't wear mine anymore, only because they have suede trim and i think it's too springy to wear suede now.

I am getting spray tanned for my shower and wearing brown leather boots with a cute printed dress with no tights on May 17th.. Definately..

I Love this look, actually its my signature look 
but...
put it away and revisit come October.
I bet ya most ppl will be looking springy & you might just look too "wintery" in the mix.
I'm sure you have a pair of trusty dress pants or even for ex. a pair of Editor pants from Express, throw on any top & you're in business.

I think it is too late for them. I packed all mine up and put them away until October.
I know 65 isn't the warmest but what about a closed toe shoe with stockings?
