I had a doctor's appointment today and I talked with my OB/GYN about pp sex being quite painful. She said it was related to BFing and gave me samples of estrogen cream to use. Of couse, I'm worried about taking anything that could affect my supply. Has anyone used estrogen cream? Does it work? Did you notice a decrease in your supply?
