Well I don't have a UTI but I have ketones
I am upset and mad at myself...I have been so nauseous that I haven't really been eating at all.
So I got myself that lobster salad sandwich I have been craving for 2 days and some juice and I am going to town.

Here is the explanation from a website
Ketones, which come from the breakdown of fat, are substances that the body can use for energy under emergency circumstances. We make ketones when we are in a starvation state, and don't have enough circulating glucose to sustain us.
they are found in urine. HOPEFULLY this only means that I am not eating enough and I can just start eating more because it can mean that you are diabetic or on your way.
