Returns to BBB
Does anyone know if you don't have a receipt and the item WAS NOT on your registry - if they give you cash back or a store credit???
my SIL got me a snoogle for Christmas and i've been holding onto it and a cover for it (both still in packaging - NEVER opened)....becuase i didn't know if i'd need it....
will they take it back and if so - credit or cash??? (both items still have the pricetag on them - SIL didn't notice and that kind of thing doesn't bother me)

They take back EVERYTHING! You have to show a license and get store credit. They are nice about it, too!

They are excellent about taking things back without receipts. Just say you got it as a gift and the person can't find the receipt but that they said it was from BBB.

Waaay easier to deal with than BRU! I returned something from 2 yrs ago the other day  and got store credit.
