when can i start....
using a white bag?
and
Wear white pants?
the white pants are not a huge deal, but I got a really cute white bag recently that I am dying to use!!

For white pants I go more by weather... once it's above 70 I think it's fine.
(I'm in San Diego though so I've already worn mine this year!)
I'd probably start with the white bag next month..

May 1st for the white bag or if it happens to get real warm in the end of April all of a sudden... like 68-70 warm. Once it is 70 or above the white pants can come out. I think you should be OK if you do that! The nice weather is ALMOST here
