Sorry - 17 months later and I am still a size bigger. Thank goodness I am not a shoe person!

I went back to normal clothing size at 3 months post pregnancy but my feet are a size bigger at 19 months post pg. My ring size also went up as did my bra size.

My feet never changed. Near the end I stopped wearing certain shoes because they weren't easy to get on and off with a big belly, but they never stopped fitting.

For about a week after DD was born, my feet were extremely swollen and I looked and felt like Fred Flinstone but they went back to normal really quickly and now I wear all of my old shoes.

I was very swollen during pregnancy. I was a size 7.5/8 and had to buy size 8.5 sneakers b/c none of my shoes fit. I think my feet grew a little b/c although I can wear some of my of my old shoes, others are a little uncomfortable and seem small now. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you.

It took over a year for my foot to go down to its normal size. I went up almost 1 size. Give it time, and you will be able to fit back into your loveys I'd be upset just like you if those babies didn't fit.

First of all, send the ers over to me and I will kick their a$$es for you

Second - Unfortunately for me, my collection is not as pricey as yours, but I am also a shoe wh*re and I was able to keep up w/ my stillettos until about 35 weeks - Then I was just too swollen. I never even got to wear my new pair of Michael Kors peep to spectators - I know it's vain, but after that - I was done. I immediately felt frumpy and gross and missed my shoes -

SO, I can only imagine your panic b/c if my collection was worth what yours is, I'd be FREAKING out too ..........


A - EVERYONE is different - MOST people I know went back to their normal shoes size, those who did not, also did not lose much of their pregnancy weight, so that may also have something to do w/ it -

B - HIDE those shoes until the baby is born or you will make yourself miserable

C - You can have shoes stretched by a reputable shoemaker if all else fails

I can still wear the same size in heels, but I went up a half size in flats.

No idea why, unless it's my arches flattening out or something.

My feet swelled up like crazy and 8 and a half months after delivery I am 1 and 1/2 sizes bigger! I went from a 7.5 to a freakin 9- so I need to buy all brand new shoes.
