Anyone hear of Amerisave for mortgage?
Their rates are apparantly 4.0, but i wonder...what is the catch??

Funny that you ask b/c my husband was just looking into them. I haven't heard of them and I am a little skeptical. I'd be interested in hearing about someone that has them.
