HELP!! Our Babysitter Quit!!!!
Hi- I just started back at work on Monday and our babysitter called my husband today and told him that she could no longer watch DS!!! I am so upset! When my husband asked her the reason why she could no longer watch him she stated that it was "out of her hands!?!?!?" She watches other children in her home as well. He tried pushing her to give him a reason and she refused....what kind of c r a p is that?????
She is Licensed and is under Little Flowers Agency, so she is legit. Is there anything we could do? Report her? Something?
Also, any recommendations on a daycare....home or a center??? We are so s c r e w e d! And going back to work was hard enough...........

Maybe she was over her limit of children she can legally watch and got caught?

Looking around the Holbrook, Ronkonkoma area.........would consider Nassau if there's a good place off of the LIE........thanks for ANY suggestions!!!

so sorry you are dealing with is!
If I remember correctly, Hofstra on this board does daycare in her home, I believe she's located in Suffolk (because we are looking for daycare but remember thinking to myself she's too far from us  )

My SIL and also a close friend of mine use Early Discoveries in Ronkonkoma. They are very happy there. It is right behind the Airport in the industrial park.
