Re: Is there a better OPK test?
I would definately use the digital OPK by ClearBlue Easy....takes all the guess work out of determining if the line is dark enough....know what I mean? With the ClearBlue Easy you either get a smiley face (positive) in the window or just a plain circle (negative). Takes all the guess work out. Good luck

CBE is the best. I didn't do well with the First response at all.
Yes, it's expensive but the timing is important.

Same here, they're expensive, but worth it - no guessing. Shop around on the internet for the cheapest deal. Last time I got them cheapest on amazon.

Do you know my RE JUST told me to start using the smiley CBE. I've been using the monitor this whole time and he said the other ones are the best. who knew!

Really he thinks it is better than the monitor? This may be a stupid question... but have you been using OPK's just for confirmation, dont you normally get monitored before you O by your re?

Yep! Just for confirmation. For example, I went this morning for my sonogram (I have 2 good eggs - one on each side!!!). Looks like my IUI #2 will be on Friday.
But can you believe he said the digital's are better than the monitor? Again, that's just his opinion but it confused me because I was under the impression that the monitor was the best?
