I find it so crazy really. I had another friend of mine who was out on parole for a drug related charge. She was in constant constant constant violation of her parole...for a variety of reasons her family wanted her to get caught in violation...the many phone calls to her PO went unanswered. It was very frustrating for them.
omg isn't that so frustrating!?!?! 
my friend's ex was in CONSTANT violation of his parole/probation all the time. he would fail so many drug tests and his PO just wouldn't violate him! she never understood why he wouldn't do it.

it's crazy how the system works. People on parole can't drink, do drugs, etc... and those are the people who dont get violated...
But for cell phones and this, they do.
