possible baby acne question

Hi Ladies,

my ds is 4 weeks old and has what looks like red pimples- almost a rash on his cheeks, part of his neck and his ears.

It is not on any other part of his body. I called the dr but wont hear from her until tomorrow.

Does anyone have any idea what this can be??

probably baby acne. It should go away on it's own

if it's little red bumps i am pretty sure it's baby acne. you can try using aquaphor but it should go away on its own.

Ashley had them starting around 6 weeks. It was baby acne and it went away within a week or two. She only had them on her face.
